Behind Madu are two women who are passionate about yoga, body movement, mindfulness and healthy living.
We are the combination of a yoga teacher, a chef, a nutrition and wellness coach, a writer and a personal development blogger.
Our mission is to nourish your body and your soul with amazing food and stellar experiences, and support you in reconnecting with yourself.
Madu Retreats are wellness & yoga retreats for anyone who is looking to take a break from every day life and take care of their body and soul.
We welcome everyone - whatever your level of yoga, whatever your marital status, your life situation or the country you live in.
